Mission Statement

To facilitate and maximize, the development of human potential by providing medical services, residential and rehabilitative support services, communities awareness of mental health and developmental disabilities to its patients and their families. Which will enable families to develop a resourcefulness and knowledge necessary in becoming self reliant in society. All elements of EFSI operation, from administration to the range and quality of services, affect the ability of EFSI to play this critical role in its services.

EFSI believe in the coordination of services to deliver quality care to its patients.

" We want you to know that your health and well-being is our top priority. " The Need for Interdisciplinary System of Care

Today’s health care delivery system is too often a nonsystem, and yet solutions to the complex health problem we face require systems thinking. EFSI have approach these problems with integrative thinking, combining knowledge and implementation "know-how" not only from the health care sector but from human services, education criminal justice, and so. Health providers increasingly acknowledge the importance of social and economic determinants of health. Depending on the target problem, solutions may involve not just medical care a "disease" model but public health, economic development housing, education, transportation, and wide variety of types of social support. Integrated solutions have the potential to have broad impact on community life: in preservation of health, prevention of disease, and improved quality of life.
